Responsibilities:
- Preparation and development of Procedures, guidelines, process flows, forms/reports, organizational charts, work instructions, and operating manuals across all Business Units.
- Responsible for revising changes or modifications of existing document.
- Analyze data and process to ensure streamlining of procedures.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Industrial Engineering, any Business-related course or equivalent.
- Excellent process management and documentation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Strong leadership and decision making skills
- Strong organizational / analytical skills
- Adept in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project)
