IPAMS is the accredited POEA agency that will be accepting the applications and credentials of ten (10) qualified medical technologists on or before December 20, 2016.

- 21 years old and above
- College Graduate with a degree of B.S. in Medical Technology
- Passed the Medical Technologist board examinations as per Professional Regulation Commission
- Must have a certificate as Medical Technologist (ASCP) or equivalent with Visa Screen
- Knowledgeable in the medical technology field
- Physically fit
- Hardworking
- Reliable
- Patient
- Disciplined
- Can work under pressure
- With three (3) years work related experience
