- With Vocational Diploma (TESDA accredited)
- With Short Course Certificate (TESDA accredited)
- Knowledge in repairs and maintenance of diesel engines using power machines for buses, ships, generators, etc.
- Knowledge in welding is an advantage
- Knowledge in recondition and replacing of parts of the engine
- Flexible if designated with different area of diesel mechanic division
- With five (5) years work related experience or in a ready-mix plant
